Today was a long and busy day. First I attended a class at Learning in Retirement, "Photo Journey to Spain and Portugal." Sadly I couldn’t stay for the entire 2 hours because I had to go to the computer lab to teach my class, "Fun with Photos Online." Hopefully, the teacher will repeat the class during another quarter. I would love to visit Spain and Portugal.

Then I drove over to the Senior Center and joined a few people in the card/craft room to drink my Slimfast for lunch. Afterward I helped run the sound system in the Senior Center gym for our Beginner Line Dance class. That gave my brain and my body a workout.

Next I drove to the Valdosta Country Club and met my trainer who had me do weight training on the machines and cardio training on the bicycle and elliptical.

Then I drove to Valdosta State University Recreation Center, changed into my swim suit, and participated in the Learning in Retirement Water Aerobics class.

Finally I drove home–tired and hungry. I was so happy to find that Jim had brought me a Whopper without mayonnaise. It was delicious. Then I fell asleep in my lounge chair.
