Private Gym in Bundoora

Alltone Fitness is a private gym in Bundoora. We offer personal training, small group fitness and boot camps in the Bundoora, Greensborough and Watsonia area. Unlike many other gyms in Bundoora we don’t have any contract or membership fees. Our gym is always neat and clean and run by a mature, highly experienced personal trainer with over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry. We specialise in designing weight loss programs which are affordable and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Working out in a private gym means you are never competing for machines or waiting around for a treadmill. Let’s face it, no one likes being stared at, or putting up with bad body odour while exercising. This is why our gym is not open to the public; all sessions are booked directly with your personal trainer in a private setting. You can even organise a group of friends or family for some group training. This is a fun way to get fit and help each other stay motivated.
We like to take the time and care to fully ensure that each program we design is results driven. We offer both 30min and 50min sessions at the most competitive rates.
We can assist you with: Weight loss, improving muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, nutritional advice, felling more energetic, easing back pain, core strength, injury rehab, muscle toning and body building.
Sessions in our gym Bundoora are suitable for all ages and fitness levels from the absolute beginner to the highly fit individual. On your first session we go through in detail about any medical conditions or injuries (past or present) you may have. A full health screening is then followed by taking your blood pressure and having you fill out a comprehensive form in regards to your goals, medical conditions, current fitness level, and what you hope to get out of your personal training sessions.

This is because it has a greater effect on elevating your base metabolic rate thus turning your body into a fat burning machine. Also, your body needs to burn more energy building and maintaining lean muscle mass.
